Maths

Maths

MG Tuition Services have a great team of maths tutors in Shrewsbury and Telford available to help GCSE students during their study. We offer maths help for higher and foundation exam papers as well as those studying for resits while at college.

English

Our experienced English tutoring team are available to support students during years 10 and 11. Whether the focus is on language to develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, or literature to explore understanding of specific texts, our English one-to-one tutoring can help students achieve their goals at this important time.

Sciences

Our science department are able to offer tailored support for GCSE students across the three subjects of biology, chemistry and physics. Whether studying for the combined exam or the separate science option for those who may be considering continuing with the subjects at A-Level, our tutors are experts at identifying which modules to focus on while allowing pupils to look in depth at areas in which they feel they need more study support.

Exam practice, revision and other subjects

GCSE exams can be an exciting but pressured time for students. As well as covering the required subject syllabuses during tuition for years 10 and 11, our tutors will support pupils with exam preparation and revision. We have access to practice papers to help exam technique and also offer the opportunity to go through test and mock exam papers from school to consider where future tuition may need to focus. We also offer tuition for students studying other GCSE subjects including Business Studies, Music and Citizenship.
